Where to watch live English Soccer via Satellite in New York:

Some bars charge a $5 to $10 cover which may or may not include food and drinks. Saturday kick-off time is usually 10am Eastern and on Sunday is usually 7:30am Eastern.
For viewing at home, SportsChannel no longer shows live Premier League matches but does screen a one hour highlights show the following Friday at 5pm.

The Cosmopolitan League has 4 divisions in its amateur league with teams comprising of players from all ethnic backgrounds and countries, including Britain. For those yearning to watch professional soccer in the NY area, the New York/New Jersey MetroStars are the local Major League Soccer team, having just signed Roberto Donadoni from AC Milan. The season runs from April to September and home matches are played at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
