Dr. Holland is available for
expert testimony and forensic consultation. Her expertise is in a range of
drug-related behavior and phenomena, with a concentration in PCP and MDMA. She is also available for malpractice
cases involving wrongful commitment and inappropriate discharge.
Dr. Holland has also
testified before the United States Sentencing Commission regarding increased
