Dec. 2-12, I’ll be playing John Paul Jones’ score for “Nearly Ninety” with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, at the Theatre de la Ville in Paris

The Crucible string quartet  (Cornelius Dufallo and Mark Feldman, violins; myself, viola; and Alex Waterman, cello) just finished recording a new CD for the Tzadik label, which will be released in Feb. 2010. The group recorded “10 Mysteries”, “Winds of Blood” and “Rivers of Fire” at 2nd Story Sound

Jenny Lin  and I were also at 2nd Story Sound  where she recorded all 23 Rubai’yat for piano and electronics, as well as the petite ouverture en forme de "mErCE CunninGHAm" - my birthday present for Merce Cunningham, on his 90th birthday.
